Deposits

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay is Rs 200. For Bank IBFT transfers and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Solot PK for standard accounts, though your payment provider may have its own daily transaction limits.
Mobile wallet deposits are instant — if yours has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact support@solotpk.net with your transaction reference number and the amount. Withdrawals
Go to the Deposit & Withdrawal page after logging in, select "Withdraw", choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, or card), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification (CNIC + selfie). Subsequent withdrawals process without any additional verification step.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically take 1–2 hours. Bank IBFT transfers take 2–8 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals take 2–5 working days as processing times are set by card networks, not Solot PK. Withdrawals requested during peak hours may take slightly longer but are never queued past 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal on Solot PK is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no processing fee charged by Solot PK on withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their own outbound transfer fee depending on your account plan with them.
First, check the status in your account's transaction history. If the status shows "Processing" beyond the expected timeframe, email support@solotpk.net with your withdrawal request ID and amount. Do not submit a second withdrawal request — duplicate requests can delay resolution. The team will trace the transaction and update you within 2 hours.
Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is shown in the promotion details in your account dashboard. Once a bonus is fully wagered through and converted to real-money balance, it can be withdrawn like any other funds. Deposited PKR that has never been used as a bonus is always withdrawable without any wagering requirement.

Yes. In-play (live) betting is fully supported on Solot PK. Odds on live matches update dynamically throughout the game — after each delivery, wicket, or boundary. If a match is officially abandoned without a result being possible (such as a complete washout with no play), all pre-match bets are voided and your stakes are returned to your PKR balance in full. For matches where a result is declared via the DLS method, bets are settled on the official match result as recognised by the relevant cricket board.

Games
In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs continuously. You place a bet in PKR before the round begins, then choose when to cash out as the multiplier rises. If you cash out before the multiplier crashes, your bet is multiplied by the value at your cashout point. If the multiplier crashes before you cash out, you lose your stake.
